 السيد فرزاد كامانجر منذ اكثر من سنة وناشط حقوق الانسان والمدرس السيد فرزاد كامانجر قابع في السجون الايرانية لاسباب غير معروفة. ولم يُسمح لحد الان لاسرته ومحاموه بمقابلته. يعاني السيد كامانجر من النزيف بعد تعرضه للتعذيب، وبالتالي فوضعه الصحي في خطر.

القضية: وفقاً للمعلومات الواردة في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2007: تعرض ناشط حقوق الانسان والمدرس السيد فرزاد كامانجر للاعتقال التعسفي من قبل ضباط من جهاز الاستخبارات الايرانية في يوم 18 آب/أغسطس 2006 لاسباب لم يتم الافصاح عنها. السيد كامانجر عضو في مجلس ادارة "اتحاد كامياران للمعلمين" وعضو في هيئة التحرير لمجلة "رويان".
موقف ومطالب منظمة الدفاع الدولية:
تدين منظمة الدفاع الدولية الاعتقالات التعسفية التي يواجهها نشطاء حقوق الانسان في ايران وتعرب منظمة الدفاع الدولية عن بالغ قلقها إزاء تزايد قمع السلطات الايرانية لنشطاء حقوق الانسان بالذات. تدهورَ احترام اساسيات حقوق الانسان في ايران في العام 2007، لا سيما حرية الرأي والتعبير. التعذيب وسوء المعاملة منتشر في مراكز الاحتجاز، بالاضافة الى الحبس الانفرادي الذي يستخدم مراراً لمعاقبة المحتجين السلميين ونشاطاتهم السلمية. ويتم قمع حرية الصحافة وحرية الرأي والتعبير بشكل رئيسي وبشكل منهجي في ايران.
القانون الدولي
المادة 7 لا يجوز إخضاع أحد للتعذيب ولا للمعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو الحاطة بالكرامة. وعلى وجه الخصوص، لا يجوز إجراء أية تجربة طبية أو علمية على أحد دون رضاه الحر.
المادة 9 1. لكل فرد حق في الحرية وفى الأمان على شخصه. ولا يجوز توقيف أحد أو اعتقاله تعسفا. ولا يجوز حرمان أحد من حريته إلا لأسباب ينص عليها القانون وطبقا للإجراء المقرر فيه.
المادة 10 1. يعامل جميع المحرومين من حريتهم معاملة إنسانية، تحترم الكرامة الأصيلة في الشخص الإنساني.

I call on you to release him immediately and unconditionally since his detention is arbitrary, as it only seems to sanction his human rights activities.
I seek assurances that he is no longer at risk of torture or ill-treatment. I also seek assurances that he will be given access to his family and to all necessary medical care, if necessary outside the detention facility.
I urge you to put an end to all acts of harassment, including physical abuse, threat of physical abuse, provocations, arbitrary detentions and torture against all human rights defenders. I call also on you to drop charges filed against them and investigate the alleged arbitrary arrest and torture of the prisoners.
These incidents of harassment and intimidation are in direct violation of the rights to freedom of expression and to freedom of assembly, as provided for in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, to which Iran is a party, as well as in the UN Declaration on Human Rights Defenders, adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on December 1998. This declaration outlines the duty of states to take all necessary measures to protect human rights defenders from violence and arbitrary action.
